About the event
Join me for this introduction to our autumnal healing herbs, find out how to use them and how they can build our resilience and improve our everyday health.
We'll be enjoying the last weeks of harvesting fruits, and the roots are swelling, both rich in nutritional and medicinal qualities.
Seasonal herbs include elderberries, blackberries, rosehips and haws…. roots from echinacea, dandelion, barberry, burdock, nettle. Many are immune boosting, many help us fight chills, colds, 'flu's, coughs; nature's gift for this season.
£45 Includes a rich autumnal herbal tea to take home. BOOK HERE
