This morning workshop explores the essence of Autumn as the cycle of the year turns and the energy falls,
a season for grounding. A lovely time to gather and make your own healing remedies!
We are enjoying the last weeks of harvesting fruits, and the roots are swelling, both rich in nutritional and medicinal qualities. Seasonal herbs include elderberries, blackberries, rosehips and haws…. echinacea, dandelion, barberry, burdock roots.
