A day filled with my favourite herbs for everyday health.
I’ll demonstrate how to make your own herbal remedies using fresh and dried herbs.
- An introduction to remedy making - herb tea blending, oils, vinegars, tinctures
- Old remedies re-invented for today – salves, plasters, steams, oxymels, electuaries, herbal pills
Limited to 12 places | £80
Includes herbal refreshments and herbal remedy samples to take home.
Please bring your own picnic lunch, or pop into town to one of the lovely cafes.
We will take a lunch break of 1 hour at 12.30pm (the education room will be shut).
