This introductory workshop looks at Hildegard's inspirational wisdom as herbalist, healer, visionary mystic, theologian, author, astrologer, composer and artist. Inspired by Hildegard, we will be exploring: - Herbs and Healing - Mother Earth and Nature, the Cosmos, the Divine and Sacred - How this all connects to create life, vitality, health and wellbeing today.
